To return an instore purchase for a refund, you will need to head back into any of our branches with the item and your proof of purchase.
However, if you purchase was made on the fly and you don't happen to have a North Beach store near, you are more than welcome to get this back to our Online Returns department for a store credit or an exchange.
Please note that any purchase made in store will not be refundable back to the original payment method if sent back to our online department. This includes instore orders. A credit will instead be applied against your North Beach account.
We are able to exchange item's purchased instore so long as the requested item is for the same or a lesser value.
We accept change of mind returns for most purchases made in store or online as long as you meet the criteria:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date (45 days for Locals)
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags
- Swimwear must be returned with hygiene stickers in tact
- You must provide proof of purchase. If you are a Locals member we have a record of your purchases otherwise you need a receipt or bank statement.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Clearance products - marked on your receipt and identified at point of purchase
- Gift Cards
- Earrings
- Underwear
- Face Masks
