If the item is faulty or there has been an error made on our end, we'll organise a courier label to be created and sent through to you with instructions on how to arrange a pick up by your local Courier Driver.
We will need to be contacted prior to a faulty return being sent as the freight cost will not be able to be reimbursed if this is sent back at the customers cost.
