If you’re returning the items in-store you will need to provide the original receipt, this can be retrieved by contacting our customer service team. If purchased in store, please take an alternative proof of purchase such as a bank statement.
You will just need to contact our customer service team with a date and proof of purchase (such as a bank statement) so we can do some back tracking for you!
