If you have a faulty item you would like refunded, repaired, or replaced, you can follow the usual returns process. Faulty items may be returned outside of the usual 30 day time period.
Please mark your item as faulty on your returns form.
We’ll need to return the faulty item back to the manufacturers for further assessment.
To get the ball rolling on this one you can either take this into your nearest North Beach store or return to our Returns Address.

Please include your proof of purchase (your confirmation/dispatch email, tax invoice or receipt) a description of the fault and any updated contact details.
From there we will send back the item to the manufacturers to assess.
