Can I exchange my return for an item of higher value?

If you are after an item of a higher value, we won't be able to make the exchange. A store credit will have to be created so you can make the purchase yourself.

Once you have received your store credit, your credit balance will show in the 'Store Credit' tab when logged into your account. In order to apply the credit to your cart, select the 'Store Credit' option under the payment choices and click 'Apply'. You are then left to pay the remaining balance using one of our payment methods available and the credit.
