While our team are working on your orders daily, NZ Post are experiencing an extremely high amount of parcels in their network due to Level 3 lockdown (you savvy online shoppers ;)).
What this means is that we are seeing shipping delays across the country.
Due to the increased orders, we will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days from order date. Please then allow up to 5 business days from dispatch to receive your order.
Our Couriers are doing the best they can to get your order out to you asap, please be kind!
We find yelling out a simple 'thank you, have a nice day' works a treat!
If you find you can't wait that long for an order and you're lucky to be near one of our stores in alert level 3, there is always contactless Click & Collect! Make sure your stock is available in the store selected before placing your order to avoid any delays.
