How do I use my Gift Card?

To redeem a gift card online, you will need to register it against your account first. To register your gift card simply:

1. Login/create an online account
2. Once you're in your account, click on the 'Gift Card' section of your account
3. Enter your Gift Card number into the box and click 'register'

This will save the Gift Card against your account!

Now simply head back into the checkout and apply the Gift Card - the outstanding balance will update automatically.

If you're running into an issue when registering your voucher online, our friendly customer care team are here to help.

Please just send us through an email with your voucher number or a photo of the bar code and let us know the issue.

We will then be able to go ahead and register this one to your North Beach account to be used both instore or online.
