Online orders can be returned via courier, and in-store.
In-store purchases can be returned via courier, and in-store.
Please note: In-store purchases returned via courier are only eligible for an exchange or a store credit. If you would like a refund, you will have to head back in-store.
IN-STORE RETURN:
Take the item along with your proof of purchase in to any North Beach store for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
COURIER RETURN:
Download the returns form and follow the instructions on the form. If the item is faulty, you must contact our customer service team for a returns label. We will not be able to reimburse the return freight cost otherwise.
Returns sent via courier are at the customer's expense, and North Beach will not pay or reimburse return freight costs for any product that is returned.
We would highly recommend returning your item on a tracked parcel. Non-tracked parcels can take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive at its intended destination. North Beach are not liable for any lost courier returns, and cannot track parcels not sent through a tracked service.
